For non-prescription sunglasses orders, the average waiting time is 2-4 business days from the date of purchase.

For orders of prescription glasses, the average waiting time is 3 to 6 business days from the date of purchase.

Non-prescription sunglasses: 1 to 3 business days.
Eyeglasses: 2 to 4 working days.
Adaptive glasses or special cases: from 5 to 8 working days (good things take time)

At Project Lobster we seek to offer the greatest comfort, transparency and ease to buy prescription glasses online. That is why from the moment you receive your Project Lobster, you will have 30 days to return them without any reason (except for broken frames or lenses due to deliberate misuse).

If for any reason you don't see perfectly well, contact us at hello@projectlobster.com and we'll fix it for you free of charge.

Once you purchase Project Lobster prescription glasses, you have a two-year warranty on your lenses against manufacturing defects. In case of any defect: please contact us and we will pick up your glasses to change the lenses, and send them back to you with new lenses (with the same original graduation).
