Shipments to the Canary Islands have an additional cost of 10€.

The manufacturing time depends on the type of product.

Non-prescription sunglasses: 3 to 6 working days.
Prescription glasses: 3 to 5 working days.
Custom-made prescription glasses or special cases: 5 to 8 working days (good things come to those who wait).

You have two years warranty on lenses and frame for manufacturing defects. In case of any defect, please contact us and we will take care of it.

From the moment you receive your glasses, you have 14 days to return or exchange them, as long as they are in perfect condition.

Returns cost 5€ for Spain and Portugal, and 10€ for the rest of Europe.
Return costs are non-refundable.

We use organic lenses from index 1.5 to 1.67, depending on the prescription.

We include an anti-reflective treatment, anti-scratch protection and a hydrophobic coating on all our lenses, free of charge.

We include up to one free reduction, index 1.6. If you want, you can opt for a double reduction of index 1.67 for 25€ more.

You can add our blue light filter with BlueSafe technology from 50€ more. We use a technology that absorbs more blue light than other types of lenses, is completely transparent and does not generate any noticeable reflection to the eye.

All our glasses can be prescription glasses, including sunglasses.

You can graduate glasses with dark colored lenses (gray, green, brown) from 25€ more.
Or glasses with lenses of any other color, from 75€ more.

If you are interested in adding treatments such as polarization, mirroring or gradient to your sunglasses, please contact us or come and see us at one of our stores and we will advise you.

Progressive glasses, specifically their lenses, are designed to allow you to see at distance, near and intermediate distances.

Occupational spectacles are a type of lens designed for intermediate and short distances. In this way, we manage to increase the visual field at these distances.
If you work with a computer and/or usually wear progressive lenses, this option may be of interest to you.

The fundamental difference lies in the width of the visual fields they achieve, and in the quality of vision. For more details, go to our progressive lens page.

You can upload your prescription (photo or pdf) through our website at the time of ordering, before adding them to the cart.

If you don't have it at that moment, you can place the order anyway and send us the prescription later by mail to hello@projectlobster.com (don't worry, we will contact you to help you).

The price of our frames with single vision lenses (myopia, hyperopia and/or astigmatism) starts at 98€ and supports any combination of:

- myopia only: up to -8 Diopters
- hyperopia only : up to +6 Diopters
- astigmatism only: up to -2 Diopters

Or one of the two following:
- myopia (high) + astigmatism: up to -6 Diopters and up to -2 Diopters of astigmatism.
- hyperopia (high) + astigmatism: up to +6 Diopters and up to -2 Diopters of astigmatism.

For prescriptions that exceed these conditions, please contact us and we will confirm if we can do anything.

If it does not fit in our standard rate, the price of custom lenses is 120€ additional.

To guarantee the best results, you can come to any of our opticians and we will be happy to give you an eye exam.

If you cannot come to any of our opticians, you can request an eye exam at the optician or ophthalmologist of your choice. If you graduated less than a year ago, you can ask for your results.

Remember to ask for your DIP (interpupillary distance), to ensure the best results.

Yes! We do eye exams to determine your prescription and help you understand your visual health.

Our eye exams are free in all our stores with the purchase of Project Lobster glasses. Our expert optical team will attend to you and give you a complete and personalized examination lasting 20 minutes.

However, if you wish to have an exam with our certified team without purchasing any product, the service has a modest cost of 15€. In compliance with the regulations of the Official College of Optometrists, the service cannot be performed free of charge. However, we include the eye exam service free of charge with the purchase of Project Lobster glasses.

Although it is advisable to book an appointment to ensure that we can better serve you, it is not mandatory. You will be able to receive an eye exam as soon as we are available.

With our Just-In-Time service, you can have your glasses on in about 20 minutes. If we have the lenses you need in store, you can order them on the spot for only 20€ more.

Due to the complexity of progressive lenses, this service is only available for single vision lenses, not progressive lenses.

When you make a purchase at Lobster, you automatically become part of our Lobster Gang community. If someone you know buys at one of our stores for the first time and tells us they were referred by you, you will both receive a reward.
