v. Project Lobster reserves the right not to provide prescription glasses because the specifications provided are not clinically appropriate.

 

Returns and Exchanges of products

a) Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the applicable regulations, in the event that the User is contracting as a consumer, he may withdraw from the contract (except in the cases established by law) and freely return or exchange the Products delivered at any time within the period of fifteen ( 14) calendar days from the date of delivery of the same (the "Withdrawal Period"). b) Return or replacement of defective Products

  • Project Lobster reserves the right to not accept any customer mount for the “Client Pair”, as long as: it does not meet our quality specifications, its mounting carries a risk of the mount being damaged, or putting the same range of crystals on the customer's frame is not possible.
    Project Lobster is under no obligation to justify its right of admission to the client.
  • The delivery times for the return of the "Client Pair" frame, together with their new lenses, can vary up to 1 month depending on the difficulty of assembling the frame and problems with the supplier.
  • Project Lobster offers the same return policy as stated in the terms and conditions for “Pair PL” glasses. Project Lobster is NOT responsible for: spare parts, guarantees, returns... that correspond to the frame of the "Client Pair".
  • Regarding the return: if the customer requests a refund of his money within a period of 30 days from the purchase of the promotion: he must return BOTH pairs of glasses, in the place where the offer is applicable, if he wants receive the amount you paid back. Project Lobster will remain permanently with the “PL Pair”, and with the glasses (provided by Project Lobster) of the “Client Pair”. Project Lobster undertakes to return the frame of the “Client Pair” to the customer, but the return may not be applicable if Project Lobster does not recover the ophthalmic lenses in a correct state similar to when they were delivered.
