The World Is Out There To Be Seen™
THE WORLD IS OUT THERE TO BE SEEN™ is a growing archive of moving-image works created by artists, filmmakers, and observers in response to a single, open question: How do you see the world?
Each piece offers a personal, sensorial way of looking. Together, they form a living library of human perception. An ongoing exploration of attention, presence, and the act of seeing as something both intimate and profound. A space of communion to honour the act of looking, where, through simple observation, the mundane reveals its true beauty.

[001] Casi de nit, Alba Yruela
An observation of movement within stilness. A static shot of the last rays of light over the sea, on a day like any other. I, passive and atentive, immerse myself in this landscape, where nature’s subtle, beautiful movements draw me in, It is in these moments that I feel I’m nobody, an animal quietly gazing upon all the calm that surrounds me.

[002] The Swan, Diana Boier
Beauty that doesn’t perform, but simply is: Graceful but fiercem the swan is a symbol of quiet strength beneath pure beauty. In this moment, she’s not performing. She’s simply being: a strong, cal presence. You keep watching, not for what she does, but for what she holds. Or maybe because your eyes see something your words can’t. A reminder that beauty can be soft and powerful at the same time, and that it often lives where nothing is trying to be seen.

[003] Color en calma, Marc Puig
In this piece, there is no specific narrative or recognizable place. We move through abstract landscapes, built from treated flower textures and shifting colors. I’m interested in pausing at those small moments of calm that appear in nature and capturing their most expressionist and painterly dimension. The music accompanies this sensory experience in harmony with the movement of the images, while the sounds of nature offer subtle clues about the space we are visually exploring. The intention is to create an atmosphere that we can enter and simply observe

[004] Hola Amapola, María Sosa
My eyes know the rhythm of things that don’t speak. How the wind arrives before it’s heard. How a flower can be brave just by standing still. Words try, but they miss the hush, the pause, the way light folds over a petal at four in the afternoon.

[005] Dónde Descansa la Mirada, Alba Cros
This piece begins with a careful and sustained observation of an everyday urban moment: the unfocused lights of moving cars. Using a single fixed shot, the work aims to highlight the power of contemplation, repetition, and anonymous transit as an emotional landscape. It is a gaze that neither focuses nor defines, but rather listens. An invitation to pause and look without haste; to rest the gaze on a soft, welcoming, and comfortable space — a possible place amid the noise.

[006] Untitled, Guillem Cruells
A moment suspended in time and space. In a world overwhelmed by images, we choose to focus not on what is seen, but on the one who sees, A five minute B&W sequence capturing a character within a specific place and time. Everything unfolds in a single improvised take, with the camera fixed on the observer – while our imagination drifts into the unseen world they perceive.

[007] Sight Cleaning, Nicolás Feriche
The visual metaphor created between the lens of the glasses and the windshield of the car. Through the water and soap that hit the windshield, we find a sense of sharpness and clarity that is also very stimulating to the eye. How do I see the world? Not needing grand 'effects', landscapes, or settings to find beauty defines well how I see the world. Beauty can also be found in what seems routine or mundane. In my opinion, having this ability is key to navigating life better and to being able to feel inspired as much of the time as possible.
