Does the 30% discount on the second pair of glasses apply to all combinations of lenses?
The 30% discount on the second glasses will only be applied to the lowest priced glasses.
Until when can the 30% discount be applied on the second glasses?
The 30% discount on the second glasses can be applied up to 30 days after the delivery of the first glasses.

What is the status of my order?
How much is the shipping cost?
Our shipping is free throughout Europe for orders over 50€. We ship with Correos in Spain and with UPS Express and Standard in Europe.
Shipments to the Canary Islands have an additional cost of 10€ and to the Balearic Islands of 5€. We do not ship to Andorra, Ceuta and Melilla, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
How long will it take for my order to be ready?
Manufacturing time depends on the prescription of the lenses:
- Non-prescription glasses: 1 to 2 business days.
- Prescription glasses: 3 to 5 business days.
- Varifocal glasses or special cases: 6 to 8 business days.
Shipping time takes from 24h to 48h hours (business days) in Spain (it is longer to the Balearic and Canary Islands). In Europe, from 24h to 72h (business days) with UPS Express and from 3 to 4 business days with UPS Standard.
Do my glasses have a warranty?
The legal warranty in Spain is 3 years for manufacturing defects (applies to orders from 2022 onwards). For orders before 2022, the warranty for manufacturing defects applies up to 2 years after purchase.
On the other hand, our warranty is an additional service that we offer to all customers and covers up to 2 years after purchase. It applies to all cases, including breakages or any other reason. The guarantee includes a 10% discount on the price of the repair or replacement of the glasses (in case the repair is not possible).
All our glasses also include a free DeepClean® service for the first 2 years after the purchase. With this service, we will carry out a complete cleaning if necessary.

What is the return policy?
From the moment you receive your glasses, you have 14 days to return or exchange them if they are in perfect condition.
- For purchases made at our optical stores, the return will have to be made at the optical store where it was purchased. The refund will also be made from our optical stores, using the same purchase method.
- For purchases made through our website, the return can be made through this link. Returns for online purchases cost 5€ for orders made in Spain and Portugal and 10€ for the rest of Europe.
In case you do not adapt to the prescription of the lenses, the term to proceed with the change of lenses is 30 days for single vision lenses and 60 days for verifocal lenses.

Eyeglasses
What type of lenses do you use?
We use organic lenses manufactured in our laboratory with an index of 1.5 to 1.74 depending on the prescription. We include an anti-reflective, anti-scratch and super water-repellent treatment in all our lenses, free of charge.
For high-index prescriptions we recommend our premium Neo PRO® lenses, manufactured with technology to provide an absolute level of sharpness.
How much does lens reduction cost?
Our Clear 1.6 prescription lenses (one reduction) are included in the price of 150€.
If the prescription exceeds +/-3.5 diopters, we recommend the reduced thickness lenses (Clear 1.67), with an additional cost of 40€.
What are the lenses with blue filter?
Our Bluesafe® treatment allows you to achieve the ideal balance of eye protection against the harmful part of sunlight and screen light.
It is completely transparent and aesthetically perfect, without blue reflections. For users who have a certain exposure to digital screens, they detect improvements in terms of tiredness and visual fatigue in their daily lives. They have an additional cost of 50€.
Can I get my glasses adjusted in one of your optical stores?
We offer free adjustments for life. You can schedule an appointment through this link.

Sunglasses
Can I add prescription lenses to my sunglasses?
You can adjust your sunglasses with dark colored lenses (gray, green or brown). They have an additional cost of 20€.
Prescription sunglasses with other colors (blue, yellow or black) are made with custom handmade laboratory tints. They have an additional cost of 100€.
What are polarized lenses?
Polarized lenses reduce glare caused by horizontal light, making them ideal for driving, water sports and skiing, among other activities. The colors look more vivid and the vision is sharper. They have an additional cost of 50€.
What are photochromic lenses?
Our Photocromatic® lenses are photosensitive lenses that darken upon direct contact with sunlight. They have an additional price of 100€.
Verifocal glasses
What are varifocal lenses?
Varifocal lenses provide near, intermediate and long-distance correction in a single lens. They provide a wide field of view with minimal aberrations.

What is the difference between your varifocal glasses and what are their prices?
We currently have three ranges of progressive lenses:
- Vimax® 1.5/1: These lenses are for users with demand for near or intermediate distances. The price is 400€, frame and lenses included.
- Fitusr® 1.6/1.67: These lenses are for users with high demand for near and intermediate distances. The price is 600€, frame and lenses included.
- Fitfrm® 1.74: These lenses are for users with high demand for near and intermediate distances and an addition greater than 2.5. The price is 700€, frame and lenses included.
Occupational lenses: These lenses are for users with high demand for near and intermediate distances for a long time. The price is 300€, frame and lenses included.
The adaptation period to varifocal lenses is 60 days to make any changes to the prescription.

Contact lenses
What contact lenses do you have?
We have daily and monthly contact lenses. They are manufactured with our laboratory and composed of silicone hydrogel material and UV protection.
- Daily contact lenses: They include 30 units. We offer 3 options:
- Lobster Daily: Spherical contact lenses. The price is 24€.
- ProClear 1 Day: Spherical contact lentes. The price is 22€.
- Clarity 1 Day Toric: Toric contact lenses. The price is 40€ (mandatory for prescriptions with astigmatism greater than -0.75).
- Monthly contact lenses: They include 3 units. We offer 4 options:
- Biofinity: Spherical contact lenses. The price is 20€.
- Bionifity XR: Spherical contact lenses. The price is 28€.
- Biofinity Toric: Toric contact lenses. The price is 34€.
- Biofinity XR Toric: Toric contact lenses. The price is 55€. Recommended for high-index prescriptions.
Do you sell contact lenses online?
Yes, if you have previously purchased contact lenses from PJ.Lobster™. You can contact us via WhatsApp to repeat the order.
I have not worn contact lenses before, how can I schedule an appointment at your optical stores?
To find out the prescription of your contact lenses, it will be necessary to schedule two appointments:
- For the first appointment, our optical team will offer you free trial contact lenses. You will have approximately two hours with the contact lenses in to detect whether you adapt to them or not.
- In the second appointment, our optical team will give a detailed explanation of how to use them.

Prescriptions
I want to buy a pair of glasses, how do I send you my prescription?
If I have a high-index prescription, what lenses do you recommended?
For high-index prescriptions we recommend our premium Neo PRO® lenses, manufactured with Freeform technology to provide an absolute level of sharpness.

I don't know my prescription, how can I get it?
You can come to any of our optical stores to perform a complete visual eye exam. You can schedule an appointment through this link.
You can also request a visual examination from the ophthalmologist of your choice. In that case, remember to request as well your interpupillary distance.
What happens if I don't adapt to the lenses?
Your eyes need several days to adjust to a new prescription. The best way to start using new glasses is when you wake up, with your eyes completely rested. In the case of varifocal lenses, it can take up to a week for the eye to adapt.
In case you don't adapt to the lenses, the period to change lenses is 30 days for single vision lenses and 60 days for varifocal lenses.

Where do you have your optical stores?
In Barcelona, our optical stores are located in Gràcia (Verdi.27©), Born (SantaMaria.18©), Eixample (ConselldeCent.331©) and Sant Gervasi (Muntaner.330©).
In Valencia (JorgeJuan.4©), our optical store is located next to Mercado de Colón.
In Madrid, our optical stores are located in Salamanca (Ayala.21©) and Justicia (FernandoVI.2©).
Do you conduct eye exams?
We conduct eye exams to find out your prescription and help you understand your visual health. You can book an appointment through the following link.
Is the eye exam free?
The price of a complete eye exam is 40€. However, we offer them free of charge with the purchase of our glasses.
Do you sell prescription glasses on the spot?
With our JIT® (Just-In-Time) service, we can have your prescription glasses ready in 20 minutes. If we have the lenses you need for your prescription, you can order the glasses immediately with an additional price of 20€.
This service is only available for single vision lenses and not for verifocal lenses.
Do you offer tax-free invoices?
If you need an invoice for your purchase or tax-free, you can request it at our optical stores, by email (hello@projectlobster.com) or by WhatsApp, once you have made your purchase.
Referral Program®
What is the Referral Program®?
If someone buys in one of our optical stores for the first time or at www.projectlobster.com and tells us that they are referred by you, they will receive a 10€ discount and you will win 10€ of credit to spend in all our glasses.
What reward do I get if I come referred by someone?
If you come referred by a PJ.Lobster™ customer, you can get a 10€ discount on your order if:
- Your order is equal to or greater than €50.
- It is your first order at PJ.Lobster™ and we have a record with the information of the person who recommended you.
You will get a 50€ discount if you buy varifocal glasses.
To be able to receive the discount, you just need to tell us the name of the person who recommended you PJ.Lobster™.

How can I use the credit?
You will automatically receive 10€ or 50€ of credit to use in all our glasses and sunglasses:
- To be able to use your credit, the minimum purchase must be 130€.
- The credit is personal and non-transferable.
- It has no expiration date.

Gift Cards
What is the gift card?
The gift card is exchangeable for all our products. You can buy it through our website and we will send you an email with the code, as well as the physical card within a period of about 3 business days. You can also buy it in any of our optical stores.

How can I redeem my gift card?
You can do it in any of our optical stores by presenting the code that you will receive by mail.

To use WhatsApp as a communication channel we use the WhatsApp Business API, so WhatsApp does not have access to personal data within the scope of our responsibility. Messages exchanged with us are also encrypted when using the Business API, so that third parties do not have access to the content. The legal basis for the corresponding data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO, as the respective user makes it clear through the use of the chat function that they wish to communicate with us via this channel and the corresponding processing of personal data is therefore in their interest.
