Does the 30% discount on the second pair of glasses apply to all lens combinations?
The 30% discount on the second glasses will only be applied to the lowest priced glasses.
Until when can the 30% discount be applied on the second glasses?
The 30% discount on the second glasses can be applied up to 30 days after the delivery of the first glasses.
Shipping, returns and guarantees
What is the status of my order?
How much is the shipping?
Our shipping is free throughout Europe for orders over €50. We ship with Correos in Spain and with UPS Express and Standard in Europe.
Shipping to the Canary Islands has an additional cost of €10 and to the Balearic Islands €5.
We do not ship to Andorra, Ceuta and Melilla, Switzerland, Norway, Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom.
How long will it take for my order to be ready?
Manufacturing time depends on the prescription of the lenses:
- Non-prescription glasses: 1 to 2 business days.
- Prescription glasses: 3 to 5 business days.
- Progressive prescription glasses or special cases: 6 to 8 business days.
Shipping time is 24 to 48 business hours in Spain (it takes longer to the Balearic and Canary Islands). In Europe, 24 to 72 business days with UPS Express and 3 to 4 business days with UPS Standard.
Do my glasses have a warranty?
The legal warranty in Spain is 3 years for manufacturing defects (applies to orders from 2022 onwards). For orders before 2022, the manufacturing defect warranty applies up to 2 years after purchase.
On the other hand, the PJ.Lobster™ warranty is an additional service that we offer to all customers and covers up to 2 years after purchase. Applies to all cases, including breakages and wear for any reason. The guarantee is a 10% discount on the price of repair or replacement of the glasses (in case the repair is not possible).
All our glasses also include a free DeepClean® service for the first 2 years from purchase, with which we will carry out a complete cleaning if necessary.

What is the return policy?
From the moment you receive your glasses, you have 14 days to return or exchange them if they are in perfect condition. We do not accept returns of prescription lenses, only exchanges in case of non-fitting.
The return process is as follows:
- For purchases made in our opticians, the refund must be made at the optician where it was purchased. The refund will also be made from our offices and through the same purchase method.
- For purchases made through our website, returns are made through this link . Returns for online purchases cost €5 for Spain and Portugal and €10 for the rest of Europe.
In case of non-adaptation to the prescription of the lenses, the period for proceeding to change the lenses is 30 days for single vision lenses and 60 days for progressive lenses.

Eyeglasses
What type of lenses do you use?
We use organic lenses manufactured in our laboratory with an index of 1.5 to 1.74 depending on the prescription. We include an anti-reflective, anti-scratch and super water-repellent treatment in all our lenses, free of charge.
For high prescriptions we recommend our premium Neo PRO® lenses, manufactured with point-to-point technology to provide an absolute level of sharpness.
How much does lens reduction cost?
Our Clear 1.6 prescription lenses (one reduction) are included in the price of €150.
In the event that the prescription exceeds +/-3.5 diopters, we recommend the reduced thickness Clear 1.67 lenses at an additional cost of €40.
What are blue filter lenses?
Bluesafe® lens treatment achieves the ideal balance of eye protection against the harmful part of sunlight and screen light.
It is completely transparent and aesthetically perfect, without blue reflections. In the vast majority of users who have a certain exposure to digital screens, they detect improvements in terms of tiredness and visual fatigue in their daily lives. They have an additional cost of €50.
Can I get my glasses adjusted in one of your stores?
We offer our service of free adjustments for life. You can schedule an appointment through this link .

Sunglasses
Can I adjust sunglasses?
You can adjust your sunglasses with dark colored lenses (gray, green or brown). They have an additional cost of €20.
Prescription sunglasses with other colors (blue, yellow or black) are made with custom handmade laboratory tints. They have an additional cost of €100.
What are polarized lenses?
Polarized lenses reduce glare caused by horizontal light, making them ideal for driving, water sports, skiing, etc. The colors look more vivid and the vision is sharper. They have an additional cost of €50.
What are photochromic lenses?
Our Photocromatic® lenses are photosensitive lenses that darken upon direct contact with sunlight. They have an additional cost of €100.

What are progressive lenses?
Progressive lenses provide near, intermediate and distance correction in a single lens. They provide a wide field of view with minimal aberrations.

What is the difference between ranges and what are their prices?
We currently have three ranges of progressive lenses:
- Vimax® 1.5/1: These lenses are for users with intermediate or close-up vision needs. The price is €400, including the frame and lenses.
- Fitusr® 1.6/1.67: These are for users with high demand for close and intermediate distances. The price is €600, including frame and lenses.
- Fitfrm® 1.74: These are for users with high demands for close and intermediate distances and with an addition greater than 2.5. The price is €700, including frame and lenses.
- Master® 1.6/1.67
- Master® 1.74
Occupational Lens: These are for users with high demands at intermediate and near distances for a prolonged period of time. The price is €300, including the frame and lenses.
The adaptation period for progressive lenses is 60 days to make any changes to the prescription.

Contact lenses
What contact lenses do you have?
We have daily and monthly contact lenses. They are manufactured by our laboratory and composed of a silicone hydrogel material and UV protection.
- Daily contact lenses: 30 units are included. These are the 3 options we offer:
- Lobster Daily: It is spherical and has a price of €24.
- ProClear 1 Day: It is spherical and has a price of €22.
- Clarity 1 Day Toric: It is toric and has a price of €40. Mandatory for prescriptions with astigmatism greater than -0.75.
- Monthly contact lenses: 3 units are included. These are the 4 options we offer:
- Biofinity: It is spherical and has a price of €20.
- Bionifity XR: It is spherical and has a price of €28.
- Biofinity Toric: It is toric and has a price of €34.
- Biofinity XR Toric: It is toric and has a price of €55. Recommended for higher graduations.
Do you sell contact lenses online?
Yes, if you have previously purchased contact lenses from PJ.Lobster™. You can contact us via WhatsApp to repeat the order.
I have not worn contact lenses before, how can I schedule an appointment at your spaces?
To determine the prescription of your contact lenses, it will be necessary to schedule two appointments:
- At the first appointment, our optical professional will offer you free trial contact lenses. You will have approximately two hours with the contact lenses in to evaluate the corresponding adaptation (if our optical professional confirms that everything is correct, they will be final).
- In the second appointment, two hours after the first, our optical professional will give a detailed explanation of how they will operate.

I want to buy a pair of glasses, how do I send you my prescription?
If my prescription is high, what lenses are recommended?
For high prescriptions we recommend our premium Neo PRO® lenses, manufactured with point-to-point technology to provide an absolute level of sharpness.

I don't know my graduation, how can I get it?
You can come to any of our spaces to perform a complete visual examination. You can schedule an appointment through this link.
You can also request a visual examination from the optician or ophthalmologist of your choice. In that case, remember to request your interpupillary distance.
What happens if I don't fit the lenses?
Generally, the eyes need several days to adjust to a new prescription. The best way to start using new glasses is when you wake up, with your eyes completely rested. In the case of progressive ones, it can take up to a week for the eye to adapt.
In case of non-adaptation to the lens prescription, the period to proceed to change lenses is 30 days for single vision lenses and 60 days for progressive lenses.

Where do you have your optics?
Do you perform visual exams?
We do visual exams to determine your prescription and help you understand your visual health. You can book an appointment through the following link . The duration is approximately 20 minutes.
Is the vision exam free?
Our complete visual checks cost €40. However, we offer them free of charge with the purchase of PJ.Lobster™ glasses.
Do you make glasses at the moment?
With our JIT® (Just-In-Time) service, you can wear your glasses in about 20 minutes. If we have the lenses you need for your graduation, you can order the glasses immediately for an additional cost of €20.
This service is only available for single vision lenses and not for progressive lenses.
Do you do tax-free invoices?
If you need an invoice for your purchase or tax-free, you can request it at our opticians or request it by email (hello@projectlobster.com) and by WhatsApp once you have made your purchase.
Referred Program®
What is the Referral Program®?
If a person buys in one of our stores for the first time or at www.projectlobster.com and tells us that they are referred by you, they will receive a €10 discount and your €10 credit to use in all our glasses collections. .
What reward do I get if I come recommended by someone?
If you come recommended by a PJ.Lobster™ customer, you can get a €10 discount on your order if both conditions are met:
- If your order is equal to or greater than €50.
- If it is your first order with us and we have a record of the person who recommended you.
You can get €50 off if you buy progressive glasses.
If you want to make a purchase in some of our spaces, you can simply tell our team the person you are recommended by.

How can I use the accumulated credit?
You will automatically have €10 or €50 credit to use on all our glasses collections:
- To be able to use the credit, the minimum purchase must be €130 both in our spaces and on our website.
- The credit is personal and non-transferable. You can only use it with your client file and only with your graduation.
- It has no expiration date.

Gift Cards
What is the gift card?
The gift card is exchangeable for all our products. You can buy it through our website and we will send you an email with the code, as well as the physical card within a period of about 3 business days. You can also buy it in any of our spaces.
